COVID-19 Update: Health and safety measures for our customers and employees.

Like all of you, we at Sussman Kia have been following the news and increasing concern over COVID-19. Our main priority and responsibility are to our team members and customers.

The entire dealership is open with CDC guidelines in effect. We ask anyone entering the facility to wear a mask if not fully vaccinated. You can of course, buy from home using the website or schedule service.

In this uncertain time, we want you to know there is one thing that you can count on: Sussman Kia, is completely committed to the safety of our customers and our employees.

 

SERVICE:

If you are not comfortable with physically entering the facility, you can take advantage of the overnight drop box for service even during the day.  Fill out the envelope with the details about you, your vehicle and the work you would like performed, place your keys inside and drop the envelope in the drop off slot in the service door. A service writer will call you with the status of your vehicle and you can even pay by phone.

  • Pick-up and delivery available within 5 miles.
  • Loaners available for warranty work.
